1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and CitySetu concerning your access to and use of the CitySetu platform, including mobile applications and related services.

2. Ecosystem Integrity

As a CitySetu user, you agree to provide accurate registration data and maintain the integrity of our hyperlocal ecosystem. Prohibited activities include any use of the platform for purposes not endorsed by us.

3. Strategic Assets

All content, source code, databases, and branding assets (the "Marks") are proprietary property of CitySetu Technologies or its licensors. Unauthorized use of these assets is strictly prohibited.
